Implementing DCT is easy and the results are immediate. The diagram below illustrates how we work together with our clients in applying DCT to solve their process development and optimization challenges.
Diagnostic experiments are the initial step of experiments that are designed based upon the principles and methodology of DCT to study conditions and behavior of a system. In diagnostic experiments, all the parameters, rather than a subset of parameters, will be included so that the system is tested in a comprehensive manner. According to the results from diagnostic experiments, every parameter will be analyzed based upon its contribution to the objective, and will be excluded or included in the system. Diagnostic experiments provide foundation for further optimization, using our unique system control experiment design.
