Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how Effinity Tech handles the information you provide in the course of utilizing our services.

Effinity Tech requires that clients provide us with certain information concerning the physical systems that they wish to optimize with DCT. We do not sell your information to third parties. We also maintain policies and procedures that are intended to ensure the responsible handling of your “nonpublic proprietary information.”

This information will not be shared with third parties of any kind. We may, however, share this information:

  • In the event that Effinity Tech is acquired by another company
  • To protect and defend the rights and property of Effinity Tech
  • When required by law as in a response to a subpoena
  • When required by public authorities

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about our current or former customers and consumers to those authorized individuals who need to know that information in order to provide them with products or services. We also require outside companies and independent contractors who provide services on our behalf or with whom we have entered a joint marketing agreement to enter into agreements that protect the confidentiality of any customer information we provide and restrict the use of such information to those purposes. Finally, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard customers’ and consumers’ nonpublic personal information.

Effinity Tech complies will all country data protection laws. We cooperate with country data protection authorities if they believe a privacy problem has occurred.
